Hannah (Unknown) Hill migrated from England to America.
Hannah (____) was the 2nd wife of Walter Aston. After Walters death in 1656, she remarried to Edward Hill.[1] HER LNAB HAS BEEN FALSELY SAID TO BE JORDAN, but no evidence exists. See Magna Carta Ancestry vol. I, page 63.

Disputed Parents
Hannah, b 1600 Lancashire, England is said to be the daughter of Robert Jordan and Sarah Winter. There are issues with this, the first of these is that Robert Jordan 1562-1589 did not marry Sarah Winter. Sarah Winter married Rev Robert Jordan, 1612-1679 of Maine. He and Sarah both lived and died in Maine. It is also known that they had 6 sons and no daughters.[citation needed]
Hannah is also sometimes said to be the daughter of a Richard Jordan b 1585 Lancashire , England and a unknown mother [21]. There is no evidence that supports this speculation.
Walter Aston’s first wife, Warbowe (LNAB Unknown) as shown by the above patents, came over with him. He married, secondly, Hannah _____, who after his death married Col. Edward Hill.
Hannah , 2nd wife of Walter Aston who married Edward Hill after Walter Aston's death was born to unknown parents. Sometimes said to be the daughter of Robert Jordan, husband of Sarah Winter, however this is pure speculation and no sources exist to support this. The facts indicate Sarah Winter, of Maine was married to Rev Robert Jordan. Both lived and died in Maine. Hannah's parents and LNAB are unknown.
There is evidence that Hannah (Jordan) Aston is the sister of Col George Jordan, of Surry county, Virginia. Colonel George Jordan was one of Surry County, Virginia's most prominent citizens.[22] Their parents are often said to be Arthur Henry Jordon and Mary (Rawlings) Jordan, however this has not been proved. The parents of Col George Jordan, and Hannah are unknown. If proven that George Jordan and Hannah are siblings then we might assume her LNAB was Jordan.
Col George Jordan's siblings have been identified as : [citation needed]

Walter Aston jr sold property to his mother, Mrs Hannah Hill, after the death of his father, Lt Col Walter Aston. He also mentioned his mother in his will.
In The Majors and their Marriages, James Branch Cabell names the Lt Col's 2nd wife as Hannah Jordan, but gives no source for her maiden name. There is a suspicion that Cabell somehow confused this lady with a different Mrs Hannah Hill, whose brother-in-law was George Jordan.

PMs, Could her LNAB please be changed to Unknown? There is no proof that her LNAB was Jordan. Richardson suggests that the name Jordan is a result of the conflation of two Hannah Hill's, the other beng the widow of Richard Hill, who requested that her brother-in-law George Jordan, administer her husbands estate (Magna Carta Ancestry (2011) vol I, page 63). This discussion has been going on for years ...
it is unlikely that Hannah Jordan is the name of the wife of Walter Aston. He definitely married a woman named Hannah as his second wife.
Douglas Richardson, in Magna Carta Ancestry (2011) and repeated in Royal Ancestry (2013) strenuously resists any association between Hannah (Unknown) and Hannah Jordan, except that they both as widows married a man named Hill. The Hannah associated with the name Jordan married Richard Hill. The widow of Walter Aston married Edward Hill.
Please see Royal Ancestry Vol I, page 182, and Magna Carta Ancestry Vol I, page 62.
Hannah Jordan is not the daughter of Robert Jordan, because she was born in 1600 and he died 12 Oct 1589.
She may or may not be a daughter of Sarah Winter Jordan, who apparently lived to be a hundred years old, and had a child at a age 46 (not impossible, but rare, though not as rare as living to 100).
Forgot to mention - all the children belong to either Warbowe Unknown, Walter's first wife, or of Hannah Unknown, his 2nd wife (the experts can't sort out which children belong to which mother) but Hannah Jordan needs to be detached from all the children as well as Lieut Col Walter Aston.

The LNAB of Walter Aston's 2nd wife Hannah is Unknown.
This is a duplicate of Jordan-806 who is not a wife of Walter Aston-22. Aston-231 is a duplicate of Aston-11.
Please let me know if you agree with me detaching Jordan-3041 from Aston-231 and merging Aston-231 with Aston-11.
NOTE: Hannah Unknown married Edward Hill after the death of Walter Aston, and was never married to David Clarke, but Hannah Jordan might have been.
