Welborn-341 and Welborn-89 appear to represent the same person because: These two need to be merged as the are the same person. This is to further the clean-up of these Teagues and Welborns. I'll come back round to do the merge clean-up after the merge.

I don't like citing this page, because I feel in this case it would be better to see the actual source of the source. It seems to be at the UC Berkeley library, so I plan to check it out there. I feared to touch the bio because of the "currently being worked" warning :)
