Williams-92963 and Williams-18427 appear to represent the same person because: These two profiles are of the same man - both were the father of Elizabeth (Williams) Knight. Both died in 1799 in Jessamine County, Kentucky. The name James Williams only appears once on the Jessamine County, Ky tax rolls telling us that only 1 of that name lived in Jessamine Co., until his son James Williams, Jr. appears on said rolls.
