I think I may have some information about Deborah, and possible ideas about parentage and children, but I am not comfortable commenting about it here. These are based on DNA.

If Deborah's LNAB is Willis, the identity of her parents remain unclear. It is most unlikely that her father is Lewis Willis as historical documents connecting Deborah or to her presumed brother Stephen Willis who lived in 1790 and 1800 Pendleton District SC have been located. Stephen Willis was listed as executor in the will of Deborah's spouse, Peter Greenlee.
Elisa can you please PLEASE write me to discuss Stephen...I will try to look up the actual will for Peter (I only have a typed copy) but I think I may have some important info on her, Stephen and another potential brother, Daniel...

Where might we find the documents connecting Deborah and Stephen?
My DNA shows my Daniel Willis to be the son or grandson of Lewis or one of his brothers. I couldn't figure it out until I realized that Deborah is likely a daughter of Lewis Willis. I believe her mother may have been an enslaved person on Mary Washington's Ferry Farm. This is also likely where Peter Greenlee met Deborah. And some people surmise that Lewis Willis lived with his aunt Mary and cousin George after his mother died in 1746. They were known to attend school together.
Look at the 1790 census. 1 adult male, 5 boys, 5 females (and Peter has 10 children at that point). I believe Deborah is part Black and listed as a slave. Look at the 1840 census where she's 90 and living with her daughter. The only 90 year old in the house is a slave.
Also look at the will that Peter left. Two slaves named Daniel and Stephen.
My tree traces back to Daniel b. 1765 in Pendleton SC (which has to be wrong given the date) and my DNA show the closest matches to Lewis or his brother Henry. Only Henry and Deborah were in or had relatives in SC. Daniel married Elizabeth Barbour, a Warner cousin.
I think you may have the wrong mother for Deborah Willis here. I do not show her as a daughter for Anne Carter Lewis. And Anne Byrd Carter married Lewis Willis ... not Francis Willis.
