I found a record that shows the death date of Sep 14, 1756 (Atteboro) which belongs to his son born in Rehoboth Aug 5, 1690 [Jonathan Wilmarth] who married Bulah Hemeway Wilmarth:

Wilmarth-130 and Willmarth-23 appear to represent the same person because: Both married to same spouse. Death dates do not match but siblings and children do.
Wilmarth-130 and Willmarth-23 appear to represent the same person because: both are married to Peck-1597 and there is a pending merge for his daughter, Margaret, Wilmarth-129 into Wilmarth-45 which should not be handled until her father is merged.

NOTE: After further research regarding date discrepancies, it looks like the dates are a mix of father (1658-1756) and son (1690-1756) both named Jonathan Wilmarth. Father married Ester Peck and son married Deulah Henneway.
