Thomas Woosley was the son of Samuel Woosley and his first wife, Elizabeth. Thomas' first wife was Polly Adams. He married a second time to Sarah Sallie Tomes. She was the daughter of James and Mary Tomes. Thomas was buried in the family cemetery with his first wife. Later, Sarah was also buried there.
