Hi Bobby! I hope you discover as much about your family as I have about mine over the years.
You joined long before we started sharing the How-to pages with members. It has some quick tips on working with both the Wiki pages and our other members.
If you have questions about how WikiTree works, let me know. To contact me, log into WikiTree, and go to your profile. Use the ‘Reply’ link below my comment so that I will be notified. You can also click my name to send a private message, or post a comment, on my profile page.
Hi Bobby, I think DeVaughn-112 and DeVaughn-19 are the same person. I tried to merge but did not succeed. These two profiles are Isham Wilson Devaughn and both are managed by you. Thanks for anything you would like to do.
I see that you just did the Pre-1700 Self-Certification. That's great! Also noticed you made 985 contributions to Wikitree, thank you! Here at WikiTree we like to have our members involved with others; collaboration is key!
Is there a particular time period, location, or topic you're interested in? Maybe you have some historically-significant ancestors? Here is a list of our WikiTree projects you might like to check out: https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Projects
Why don't you also stop by the One Name Studies project, to see if there's already a name study for (surname) going on? The current leaders for that are Doug Lockwood and Alison Andrus. They would be happy to get you started.
Bobby I could not merge the profiles but I proposed a merge to you and you can merge. I wrote a note about the merge to managers. I hope I got the merge right but if I did not just reject the merge. Edna Wood
