Rosa and Joseph's birthdates come from FS. The 1910 shows them both seven years old. I didn't see the 1900. FS link?
Javůrek looks good, close at least. I can image the census taker, if not form the area, spelling things how they sounded. See George's supposition below.
I've struggled with what people, especially women in this community, go by. On gravestones I see Russian naming conventions. FS records often has the Americanization, the gravestone the Russian version. Ex: Frances Jedlicka Kudrno - gravestone: Frantiska Kudrnova. I used what was on the gravestone as this seems to follow WT guidelines about names - what THEY used, not the clerk in the courthouse.
For the guys, John: Janos, Jan; Joseph: Josef... etc. Thinking about this while searching for records makes my head spin.
