Can someone please explain how to complete these 1776 stickers

Question

I understand that there was a lot of work put into updating these 1776 stickers, but can someone please explain how to add begin, battles and end dates when the only label on a profile is {{1776}}? This new sticker is causing a myriad of Data Doctor 855 Using top level category errors.

All of the '1776' need to be changed to '1776 Sticker', but it is a much simpler sticker.  

It only has the 'rank' and 'unit' parameters.  All of the other information should be in the biography.  The unit converts to a category.  I found that using the 'category builder' icon helps by entering American Revolution, the related state where he served, and the regiment and hopefully, it will find the appropriate category to be used in the unit field.  If it find something appropriate, I select that item which creates a category line in the profile. I copy / paste the category value after the unit= in the '1776 Sticker'

Natalie set the unit in the 1776 Sticker, I set the rank in the sticker initially to Col, as Prefix stated and 1st line in Biography stated, but I changed it to Capt (and Prefix) since Capt was stated in Marriage source.
