If you enter McLeod in the Last Name search field at the top of almost all of the pages, you get a list of profiles but you also get "quick links for members". One if those says "genealogists ", and if you click that, it shows you all the members who have McLeod in their followed tags.
You can also use the new My Cousins app by going to "My Wikitree" and "Cousins" on the menu, and it shows all of your relatives who are members here. Everyone has so many different surnames in their families, there may be some researcher who is not a McLeod but has information that can help you.
Also check out the projects, there is a Scotland project and there are One Name Studies that can be helpful, although there doesnt seem to be a McLeod one yet.
