Proper case or title case for free space pages?

I'm not entirely sure on how to name/title the page properly. Would it be "People from Sabaton Songs" or "People from Sabaton songs"? Do we have any policy? Title case (which I personally hate, but am willing to accept) would capitalize "Songs", right?

Songs of People from Sabaton, if that is indeed what you mean.
I'm talking about the people their songs are about, not the ones that wrote them.
Because it is not the url, just the page name, you can use punctuation and apostrophes etc, so why not "People from Sabaton's songs" - or "People who are the subject of Sabaton's songs".
