Early Tennessee Land Warrants Interpretation

I would like help in interpreting some early Tennessee land grants and warrants. There's a portion at the bottom of the description of the land survey (plat) that has some pertinent names associated with the grantee (I think). Here's the specific snapshot:Image of a Land Plat for a warrantOn the left there are two names, Moses Harris and Rich Harris, which may have some association with the grantee.  The squiggly line and initials (maybe LGG???) to the right of the names seems to be some kind of standard inscription that I have seen repeated on a lot of the warrants/plats in this series.  Does anybody know the meaning of this inscription and what is the signifigance the names that are associated with it?

The initials are S C C, they were the Chain Carriers for the surveyor, so were attesting that they were there when the survey was made
