Free Space Profile image size limits

I thought I would create a free space profile to store for reference for person profiles a document that I had created on family history. The document contains images and transcriptions of dozens of family letters dating back to the 1850s, photos of family members, as well as documented musings of ancestors about their recollection of family history.  The only way I could figure to upload the document was as a PDF.  Unfortunately with all of the photos imbedded in the document the upload was rejected as being too large.  Are there better ways to accomplish what I am trying to do?

Hi DC. You could upload the images individually, but that might be laborious.

Another approach would be to split the PDF into two or more files each less than the limit of 10 megabytes, and then upload all of those.
That is exactly what I have begun doing...splitting them into smaller sections.  It'll take a while...but it'll get me there.

Wishing there was an easier/better way.
Adobe also has a way to reduce file sizes; you might try that as well.

Have you used the feature in Acrobat that will downsize a file for you?

File Menu > Save as Other > Reduced Size PDF

I use it often in my presentations that have a lot of images in them.

Thanks. I rediscovered that feature after I had broken the document into several files. I need to see if I did it with the single document if it will get below 10mb. I had forgotten that I had it set for printing so I could create a good quality hard copy.

I may go back and try again later this week.
Yep! It worked!!!
Awesome!
