Power cut! Now seem to have lost 3 days of edits

Question

I've been editing and adding to the details for a person over the last three days. However, I've just come back on after a short power cut and I'm right back where I started.

What has happened to the draft copies which have been saved while I work?

There is a draft saved on the above linked profile. Click on edit and it says there is a draft saved. You can choose to discard it or use the draft.
