I’m trying to add my father’s information but when I continue and go back all information has been deleted

I’m trying to add

father to my profile.

When I hit continue all information has been deleted. I’ve attempted to add information 4 times. Stearns 3577

It is hard to tell what is happening, when you say the information is deleted. Did you make sure to click Save?

Are you trying to build a new profile and attach it to yours? Or did you start from your profile and try to ʻadd fatherʻ from there?

Yeah I'm having the same problem it's not that the information is getting deleted it just doesn't transfer over to my tree when I try to add family members
