In American Ancestors (NEHGS) there are 72 "hits" but I am not a paying member so I cannot access the records.  And most likely some of those are duplicates.
Both Pope in Pioneers of Massachusetts and Savage in his Genealogical Dictionary of New England list about 10. These are classics from the 1800's. Both are available from Google books or archive.org for on line reading

I guess I didn't actually answer the question. I don't know how many of the slew of Samuel Fullers were actually "alive at the same time." I'm sure some died along the way before the others were born.

Also:

  1. Samuel Fuller, Mayflower passenger, born 1580 in Redenhall, Norfolk, England, died in Plymouth, Mass. in 1633. (The Great Migration Begins, pp. 713-717)
  2. Samuel, son of the above, born about 1629 in Plymouth, Mass. (same source)
