Are there any male Burke descendants of John Burke and Elizabeth Osburn out there?

I am searching for the parents of my great-great grandfather, Hiram Burke, (1799 NC - 1882 IL).  Based on the story of a John Burke (abt. 1777 IRE - 1835 TN) and Mary Osburn (abt. 1780 NC - abt. 1840 TN) having two sons, John and Hiram, in North Carolina before 1800, I believe that they may possibly be Hiram's parents. The rest of the story is that Mary died, and the two young boys went to stay with a neighbor.  The neighbor moved and the boys were never heard of again.  John married Elizabeth Osburn (Mary's sister) and they had 10 children.  I also have high confidence level autosomal DNA matches with two of John and Elizabeth's daughters.  I am hoping to find at least one male Burke descendant of this couple, who has either taken a Y-DNA test, or is willing to take one.  I am only interested in solving the mystery of who my great-great grandfather's parents were, so that I can move beyond this brick wall.  Thanks!

Hello. I believe John Burke and Elizabeth Osburn are my 4th Great-grand parents. I have just completed a couple of pages entitled "Our Burke Family Story" It begins Like this:

"North Carolina
Our American Burke family story begins in Burke County, North Carolina, with John, a son of William Burke. John Burke was born in Ireland in about 1780, and immigrated to North Carolina with his Uncle (his uncle returned to Ireland after delivering a boat load of silk in America). It is told that John married Mary Osburn, a daughter of Nathan and Elizabeth Osburn. John had two sons, who were stolen away from him, after  their mother Mary died. "

I am a direct descendant of John and Mary Burke's son Hiram Burke born in Rowan County, North Carolina on 17 Oct 1799 and died in Marcelline, Adams Co., Illinois on 26 Sep 1882. Hiram Burke is my 2x great grandfather. I have taken a Y-111 DNA test with FamilyTree DNA and have a genetic distance of 2 match with a Burke male who is a direct descendant of John Burke and his second wife Elizabeth Osburn. My Big-Y 700 confirmed haplogroup is R-DC1017. I am currently trying to learn more about William Burke and beyond. I would be happy to share my research and can be reached at johntburke@yahoo.com.
