Have you seen the article on New York City's Hart Island potter's field?

Yahoo had some links to pictures and stories about New York's Hart Island potter's field for unclaimed dead. Anybody ever tried to find someone buried in a place like this?  Evidently Hart Island has over a million burials.  Hope the link works.

Fortunately unclaimed is not always the same as unknown - For example the Potter's field in Toronto, Ontario, Canada has some records available Example
