Names missing from genealogy listing

Question

There are about 49 Malbuts according to the page https://www.wikitree.com/genealogy/malbut

Only 12 are listed. Am I having a senior moment? I can't seem to get the others displayed and yet three days ago they were all there.

What an interesting bug. It appears only names 1-12 appear, and no numbers larger than 12. Perhaps something recently changed with the fuzzy search matching; or there's some sort of off-by-one logic error in the code.

Adding a wildcard to the search, appears to list them all: Malbut*

The missing ones may have been merged into other Malbuts or into another surname. (or just had the surname changed.)

No they have not been merged or had the surname changed. I would know as I am the profile manager of every single Malbut on WikiTree at the moment. I can walk down the tree to the others so they are there but just not showing.

Definitely something strange going on. It does say about 49 at the top of the  listing when I view it too. Also if you pull up a list for a specific name you can see the others who are missing. Just tried it on Henry Malbut and there are 3, but only one of these shows if you just pull up the Malbut list.

I will put the bugs tag on your question to bring it to attention for closer investigation.

I can also confirm to those doing the debugging that the full list was there a few days ago when David and I were looking together at a merge question.
