There are over 400 records of people with the Lehne surname at familysearch.org which is a free site.

Would you know the birth year of your Lehne grandfather or his marriage year?

A specific geographic location, country, county and or city for his birth and marriage could help.

You could go to familysearch.org and enter your surname there. They only do records of deceased individuals, so you might have to go back to your great grandfather's birth year and so on.

Another source that has Lehne genealogy is Ancestry.com but you have to pay.
