I am happy with this profile so far but feel that it is still missing something or needs improving

I have also tried to find his second wife's first marriage marriage I am trying to find

I have look on familysearch, ancestry and FMP with no luck so far

Great!  The cover is important for the date (year and between month a and month b).  The other is the info .. which matched with your Walter where it says "son of blah".  I've no idea how you would cite that humongous link; but that's now in your hands.

There may be a way of using that type of reference to find your missing last name.  (Which was what I was trying for.)  I did find another similar book, but it covers YEARS and YEARS.

The marriage entry shows her name as Amy (she signed Amey) Fitzer, rather than Anne which you show in her profile, of the parish of Lyncombe and Widcombe.

Her profile is unsourced and no mention of Amy(Amey) but shall look for her marriage under Amy rather than Ann
