3. JAMES2 COLVIN (JOHN1) was born 24 November 1695 in Darthmouth, Bristol, MA, and died 05 March 1755 in Scituate, Providence, Rhode Island. He married (1) MARY LIPPITT, daughter of JOHN LIPPITT and REBECCA LIPPITT. She died Bet. 1723 - 1725. He married (2) ANN LIPPITT Bef. 1726, daughter of JOHN LIPPITT and REBECCA LIPPITT. She was born Abt. 1705 in Scituate, Providence, Rhode Island.

“ James was a Baptist minister ordained about 1738 and preached at the North Scituate church until his death 3-5-1755. His home was in N. Scituate south of Jackson village but most of his land was in Coventry. He died in Coventry at the home of his son Benjamin. “

In the profile you show him marrying Ann on the 23rd of Oct 1723, but it needs to be as it's written in the bio, bef 1726. Mary was alive when her father's will was signed on the 27th of Oct. 1723 and Ann was not yet married.
