- Anthony Randall "Rutsis" Hare was born in West Hollywood, Florida on 8 Mar 1956. He was the DNA confirmed child of Nicholas Rutsis Rutsis-1 and Natalie Cretella Hare Cretella-8.
- He graduated Poquoson High School, Poquoson, Virgina in 1974.
- Randy enlisted the U.S. Air force in 1974. He completed a B.A. Degree from St. Leo College in 1978 and was accepted to Air Force Officers Training School (OTS). He completed OTS as a distinguished graduate and stayed in the military for over 10 years and attained the rank of Captain.
- He married Diane Carol Holtam on 1 Jul 1978 at Fort Monroe, Hampton, Virginia.[1]
- Randy left the military to work with Diane in founding their Certified Public Accounting firm. Which they successfully ran for 30 years until they sold the business and retired.
- Randy now actively volunteers his time to many civic agencies.
- He is an organizing member of Menzies International Genealogy Under Study, Inc. (MINGUS, Inc.). This is a world-wide non-profit organization that seeks to determine the origins and migration paths of the Menzies surname and it's various clan septs.
