He married Mary Hayden on 8 May 1797 in Gray, Maine[2]. They had ten children[3]:

7. Henry, born 6 Sep 1807; died young
8. Mary, born 19 Jul 1809; married Samuel Simpson
9. Henry, born 19 Jul 1809
10. Keziah, born 18 Sep 1816; married Nathaniel Archibald
Henry passed away on 23 November 1853 in Raymond, Maine[4].
