Transcription: En dos de Octubre, de mil setecientos Noventa Yo el Infrascrito cure de la forche de chetimachas en esta Provincia de la Luisiana di Sepultura eclesiastical en el cementerio de esta Iglesia Parroquial a Margarita foret la que fallecio el dia antecedente a los sesenta anos de su edad y por ser asi la firma el dia mes y ano citados.

Translation: On the second of October, of [one] thousand seven hundred ninety I the undersigned cure of Lafourche des Chetimachas in this province of the Louisiana gave eclesiastical burial in the cemetery of this church to Margarita Foret who died the preceding day at sixty years of age and for being so sign the day month and year cited.
