Mohammad Reza Pahlavi was born on 26 October 1919, in Tehran, Iran. He was the son of Reza Šâh Pahlavi and Tadj ol-Molouk. ^[1]

He was the last Shah of Iran. He began ruling the Imperial State of Iran after succeeding his father Reza Shah in 1941 and remained in power until he was overthrown by the 1979 Iranian Revolution, which abolished the country's monarchy and established the Islamic Republic of Iran.

On what basis do we know he has Czech roots? I see no mention of this on wikipedia, nor is it clear from the attached sources. If he does have such roots, presumably we also know which parent of his also has such roots, and that profile should get the sticker too.
