Biography

Deacon Abraham Bradley, was the son of William Bradley and Alice (Prichard). Abraham was born 24 October 1650, New Haven, Connecticut.^[1][2][3]He was Christened on 1 October 1651, New Haven, Connecticut.^[4] Deacon Abraham died 19 October 1718, New Haven, Connecticut, burial was at Grove St. Cemetery, New Haven, Connecticut.^[2][3]

He married Hannah Thompson, daughter of John Thompson and Ellen "Eleanor" Harrison, on 25 December 1673, New Haven, Connecticut.^[2]

He was a deacon of the Center Church 1696-1718 and Justice of the Peace for New Haven. He was mentioned in the will of William Thompson Sr. of New Haven as "nephew Abraham Broadly" in 1682 and also in the will of Ellen Thompson of New Haven as "son-in-law Abraham Bradlye".
