He married Jedidah Churchill on 01 December 1709 in Plymouth,[5][6] the daughter of Eleazer and Mary (Bryant?) Churchill. She was born in Plymouth about 1686, and was still living on 07 January 1746/7.[2]
In 1725, Thomas signed an agreement to distribute his brother Isaac's estate.[7]
Thomas died in Plymouth on 12 November 1746.[8][9][2]
Jedidah Harlow and Thomas Harlow, both of Plymouth were appointed administrators on Thomas' estate on 03 December 1746.[10]
His inventory was taken on 5 December 1746 in Plymouth.[11]
His estate was divided between Thomas Harlow Jr. and Eleazer Harlow on 06 January 1746/7. The two sons were to pay the other children, and it was signed by Joseph Bartlett guardian to Nathaniel and Jedediah Harlow, Thomas Harlow and Jonathan Harlow; Eleazer Harlow and Lydia Harlow.[12]
