  4. Elizabeth
  5. Margaret

Proof of her parentage appears in a Royal charter [3]

She passed away in 1555.[2]

The Latin text of the cited charter, according to Google translation, is:

James, by the grace of God, King of Scots, to his sheriffs and bailiffs of Elgin and Forres and Inverness, as well as to our beloved William Ogiluy, Donald McGregor and their retinue, jointly and severally, to our sheriffs of Elgin, Forres and Inverness in this part, greeting: Because we have given and granted to our beloved Margaret Stewart, daughter of our beloved kinsman John, earl of Athole, and now the wife of John Grant, son and heir apparent of James Grant de Freuchy, in life rent, for all the days of her life;
