Phebe (Wildes) Day was accused of witchcraft in the Salem Witch Trials

Note: The records show that on 24 Sept 1692, Mary, wife of Hugh Rowe, Phebe, wife of Timothy Day, and widow Rachel Vinson, all of Gloucester, were released from Ipswich prison, on bonds for their appearance, having been confined there for witchcraft.[2][3]

  4. 31 Oct 2001, Additional Victims Included, Massachusetts Senate and House of Representatives in General Court, AN ACT RELATIVE TO THE WITCHCRAFT TRIAL OF 1692, chapter 145 is hereby further amended by adding Bridget Bishop, Susannah Martin, Alice Parker, Margaret Scott and Wilmot Redd.[6]
