Amanda "Manda"^[1] Franklin^[2] was born about 1837 in Alabama^[3][4] to Thomas and Nancy Franklin.^[5]

She married Francis M. Lacy 04 Nov 1852 in Jefferson County, Alabama^[2][1][3][4] and the couple had the following known children:
