Woods-4214 and Woods-2501 appear to represent the same person because: These both married a Newton.

What is the source for a 1610 birthdate for Katherine? Her husband was born in 1648 and they were married in 1669. It seems highly unlikely that she might have been born in 1610.

Woods-4214 and Woods-4233 do not represent the same person because: They need to be merged, but to the lowest number, probably spelled as Katherine.
