John B. Turner was born about 1786 in Perry, Southwest Territory, son of Henry B. Turner (1757–1812) and Jemima Russell (1764–~1809).

John (18) married Isabell Bishop (20) (born on 21 April 1785 in Kentucky, USA) on 6 September 1805 in Barren, Kentucky. Their children were:

John (40) married Elizabeth Miriam Russell (21) (born about 1805 in Perry County Tennessee) in 1827 in Perry. Their daughter was Mary Ann Turner (1833– ).

In 1830, John was living in Perry, Tennessee. [1] [2]

John died about 1837 in Franklin, Arkansas, United States, aged about 50.
