In the 1930 census William (age 15) was the single son of Everett L Cochran in Precinct 5, El Paso, Texas, United States.[2]
William's daughter Pamela Sue Cochran was born on 3 August 1952 in El Paso, Texas.[3]
William died (age 77) on 3 May 1992.[4]
