Tryphena was the wife of Eleazer Cady (1745 - 1819), and they were the parents of: Zilpha Cady Halsey (1770 - 1858), Daniel Cady (1773 - 1859), Eleazer Cady (1775 - 1856), and Sally Cady Eaton (1780 - 1816). Tryphena was buried in the Mountain View Cemetery at New Concord, Columbia County, New York, USA. Her tombstone inscription reads, In Memory of TRYPHENA CADY Relict of ELEAZER CADY who died Nov 4 1839 in the 90th year of her age
