Julien Deslierres was born around 1681 in Laval, Maine,[1] son of René Deliers and of Émérence Gaudard.[2]
Julien is first mentioned in the country in 1708, his occupation upon arrival listed as a "soldier of the Marine troops, Lacorne Company." [2]
Marriage
Julien Deliers, aged 36 on the record, from the parish of La-Trinité in Laval, diocese of Le Mans, married Marie Daragon, aged 20 on the record, daughter of François Daragon dit Lafrance and Marie Guillemet, on 23 Nov 1717 in Notre-Dame de Montréal, Canada, Nouvelle-France. In the presence of known witnesses Louis de Lacorne, Pierre Roy, Bonaventure Campin, and André Roy.[3]
Death and Burial
Julien Trulier dit Bonvouloir passed away on 31 Mar 1737 being given the age of around 50 years on the record. His burial was the following day in Notre-Dame de Montréal's cemetery of the poor.[4]
