Horatio Townshend is Notable.

Horatio Townshend, 1st Viscount Townshend of Raynham was the son of Sir Roger Townshend and was baptised on 16 Dec 1630-1631 in Stiffkey, Norfolk, England.^[1]

In 1648 he succeeded his brother as 3rd Baronet Townshend. He was a Member of Parliament from 1656-1660 and was created 1st Viscount Townshend of Raynham in 1661.^[2]

Horatio firstly married Mary Lewkner on 23 October 1649 in St Andrew, Holborn, Camden, London, England.^[3]

He secondly married Mary Ashe, daughter of Sir Joseph Ashe, 1st Bt. and Mary Wilson.^[2]
