1983. Read an article in a Sydney afternoon newspaper on Family History and I was hooked. This was just before Easter so I spent the whole of the Easter weekend drawing up the family tree. Commencing from our children I added all that I knew at the time. Now 2022 my personal tree includes over 7000 people. Back in those early days getting information across the World was difficult depending on snail mail. With the introduction of the Internet, emails and so many Genealogy web sites it is often a breeze but brick walls still exist. There are many members of Wikitree willing and able to help I have found.
