Research notes
A 1941 immigration record mentions her mother Marie Thérèse Caruseaux (?), living in Bourg-la-Reine at 11 rue "Leboivier". Madeleine is said to be visiting her cousin (or her husband's) Ilya Lopert, at 8 Gramercy Park, New York[1].
