4th Baron Zouche of Harringworth

4th, not 3rd. 3rd William, 4th Baron. That's because the 1st Baron wasn't called William, so the 2nd Baron was the 1st William.

Sir William la Zouche[1], 4th Lord Zouche of Harringworth was born circa 1373 at of Harringworth, Northamptonshire, England; Age 23 in 1396.[2]He married Elizabeth Crosse, daughter of Sir William Crosse, before 1402;[3] They had 2 sons (William, 5th Lord Zouche of Harringworth; & John, Esq.) & 1 daughter (Margaret, wife of Edmund Lenthall, Esq., & of Sir Thomas Tresham).[4] Sir William la Zouche, 4th Lord Zouche of Harringworth died on 3 November 1415.[5]

ZOUCHE WILLIAM IV Son and heir of William III la Zouche and Agnes Green

Born c1370, died 1 November 1415

[Calendar Inquisitions Post Mortem HV V20] No. 408. William le Zouche, knight. Writ 11 November 1415. He died on 1 November last. William his son, aged 13 on 10 May last is his next heir.

[Calendar Fine Rolls HV] 23 March 1416 Westminster. Commitment to Ralph earl of Westmoreland, of the keeping of all the lands late of William lord le Zouche, who held of the king in chief by knight service on the day of his death, to hold the same from the time of the death of the said William until the full age of William his son and heir, and so from heir to heir until one of them shall hve attained full age.

John Lovel, 6th Lord Lovel, Lord Holand, born about 1378. He married before 4 May 1396 Eleanor La Zouche, daughter of William la Zouche, 3rd Lord Zouche, by his 1st wife, Agnes, daughter of Henry Greene. They had two sons, William [7th Lord Lovel], and William (again). Sir John Lovel, Lord Lovel and Holand, died 18 (or 19) October 1414. His widow, Eleanor, died 15 March 1434.
