Biography
James was born about 1823. He is thought by most to be the son of Claiborne Kinman and Betsey Bower. The 1830 census for Claiborne Kinman has a child of the right age to be this James, but no direct evidence of his age or birth place has been found.
James Kinman married Rosanna Wallace in 1840 in Georgia [1]
