Biography
MacIntire was born before 10/29/1795.[1] this is a christening record.
He was the son of John Wallace.
He married Rhoda Wallace in 1814.[2]
He passed away in 1836.[3]

The Wallace family in Phippsburg was not talked about in my family.
It appears that he changed from the Wallis to Wallace, or records keepers confused it. What adds to confusion is there is already a Wallace family living in the area, married in to the Wallis family at several points. Perhaps there is a story here lost to time.
Due to the widespread intermarrying of these same families in the Phippsburg area, endogamy has made DNA as an ancestry tool to this line practically useless.
