Since we are 7th cousins we are interested in many of the same profiles of which I manage some and you manage some. As manager of Jane Tharp Argo I just completed a revision of her profile. I try to follow the formatting guidelines set by WikiTree as well as I can. From Jane's old profile I removed some info added by you that did not conform to Wiki's formatting guidelines, and in fact duplicated info I had already added.
I hope you will give some time to reviewing the New Member How-To pages as was suggested below by Karen. I will appreciate not having to remove incorrectly-formatted data added by you to profiles I manage. Also, on profiles you do not manage, this comment section is a place to add new data you have to add to a profile,
Hope we can assist each other in climbing Wiki Tree. You have been researching longer than I and I will be grateful for new info, especially sources.
It’s very important to read and understand Pre-1700 Profiles. These profiles for deep ancestors are shared by many, and collaborating on them works best if we all follow the guidelines laid out on that page. We appreciate all of your expertise!
