Brownlow Cust married, firstly, Jocosa Katherina Drury, youngest daughter of Sir Thomas Drury of Overstone, Northamptonshire on the 16th of October 1770 at St George Hanover Square, London, England.^[3] Their marriage Licence was dated the 12th of October.^[4]

They had one child, Ethelred-Anne, born 1771.

Jocosa passed away the following year.

Brownlow Cust married, secondly, Frances Banks, only child of the late Sir Henry Banks, at Westminster, Middlesex, England on the 31st of August 1775.^[5][6]
