== Biography ==Was born in Rye New York. Moved to California about 1957. Met Walter Glass in 1958 married in 1960 after two children divorced in 1969. Was the first woman beverage manager in the Hilton Corporation. Married Mehrdad Kamyab in 1975. Moved to Tehran Iran then back to the states. Divorced then moved to Reno Nevada with the two now teenage children. Met Stephen Litsinger and in 1979. Bought 40 acres of virgin land started an Organic Farm. Was Chair of the Nevada organic advisory council ,then state committee for the USDA Farm Service Agency. One of the first farmers to start up the Great Basin Community Food Co-op. Served two terms on the board of Directors. Started the Basin and Range organic certifying agency.
