Biography

Thomas was born about 1848, the son of Thomas Ferguson of Greenville, county Down, and Ryde, Isle of Wight, Esq., and Emma Benyon.^[1] On the 8th March 1869, he married the Hon. Emma Amelia Cary, daughter of the Hon. Byron Charles Ferdinand Plantagenet Cary, in West Teignmouth, Devon.^[2][3][4] Thomas Benyon Ferguson, barrister-at-law, Esq., died on the 24th November 1874 in Bombay, India, aged twenty-six years.^[5]
