Biography

Emily Bolton was born on 12 November 1830 at Mixbury in Oxfordshire, England. She was baptised at the parish church of Mixbury on 14 November 1830, as the daughter of John and Ann Bolton. Her father was a labourer. ^[1]

In 1841 Emily Bolten [sic] was living at Mixbury with John and Ann Bolten (presumably her parents) and their other children. Her age was given as 10, implying a birth date in 1830 or 1831. ^[2]

She died on 11 November 1907.
