Leach-4746 and Leach-4316 appear to represent the same person because: It appears that the Amelia Milly who was married to James Powell Leach was the daughter of Anthony Leach. Amelia is mentioned in several of Anthony Leach's deeds, but James is not. Amelia appears to have a brother named Josiah, who married Catherine Gentry, daughter of Robert Gentry.

Leach-4316 and Gentry-2761 are not ready to be merged because: I'm not sure about the relationships

Gentry-2761 and Leach-4316 appear to represent the same person because: I'm not sure why these haven't been merged - or what the confusion is over the relationships.. They are clearly the same person. James Powell Leach didn't marry two Amelia Milly Gentry G. Leach was not her maiden name - it was Gentry - and she married a Langston after his death. The two birthdates are the same - as are the death dates. Can someone please merge these.

The source for the marriage to James Powel Leach is missing, as is the source for her last name as Gentry. There are also two records for marriages between Isaac Langston and Amelia Leach with different dates, indicating two different Isaac Langston's. The death date comes from a single source that does not really clarify the relationships. I'm sorry but you cannot just say they are same!

Well, you just said "Im' not sure about the relationships" without specifying more information and expect me to read your mind either. Had you said these sources were missing to begin with I would have gotten the sources for you. I will make this priority to research so we can get them merged.

Hi

I am working on the Leach tree. There were 3 Amelia's: Amelia Flannings Gentry her daughter Amelia Gentry b. 1790 m. James Powell Leach and James Powell Leach sister b. 1801. Could you please change the maiden name for this one to Gentry. You are welcome to be profile manager of all of them and to help work on them if you would to. I would appreciate the help, they are a large family.
