Michel was born about 1723. He was the son of Jean Nuirat and Marie Jeanne Bourgeois. [1]
He married Marie Joseph Godet, daughter of the late Denis Godet and Anne Doucet 18 Oct 1746 at Beaubassin. Witnesses were Charles Heon and Jean Chemie L'Argentier. There was a dispensation for 4-4 consanguinity. [2][3][4]
In 1752 Michel and Marie-Josèphe were residing in Tintamarre with 2 sons and 1 daughter. They were recorded again in 1755 in Tintamarre with 2 sons and 2 daughters. [5]
He married Marguerite Aucoin, daughter of Pierre and Marguerite Dupuis, on 26 November 1759 in Restigouche. [1]
They were recorded in Halifax in 1763. [1]
Deported to South Carolina, at Camp d'Espérance, and Halifax 1763.
