Bengta was the daughter of the Jarl Sune Folkesson and his wife Helena Sverkersdotter. She was in around 1244 abducted from the abbey at Vreta by Lars Pettersson whom she married.[1]
Her second husband was Svantepolk Knutsson.
Bengta was last mentioned in 1261.
Benedicta owned the city of Söderköping. It was a gift to her from her sister, the queen, Katarina. She also owned land in Norra Vedbo Hundred in Småland.
